This is the best exercise to shape your buttocks, and get that firm thighs.



Tip#1: Squats


Do you desire to have that lean sexy butt to show off in the summertime in that pair of slinky shorts or the new revealing christmas lingerie? Hang on; they are about to reveal simple moves you can make, that would give you the sexy look you need.

Tip#2: Modified Squats

This is the best exercise to shape your buttocks, and get that firm thighs. In case you do not have great muscles in this area, squats can help you build that as well. Place your hands at your waist, with legs apart. Bend down and hold it in position for counts. Raise yourself again. Do this everyday with 20-30 repetitions per session.

Tip#3: Leg Lift

Stand apart and place your hands at the waist. Point the toes outwards and then bend down. You knees ought to be pointing to your sides, 45 degrees from the usual position and then raise yourself again. This is nice to build leather lingerie around the hips and buttocks. Keep in mind to squeeze the buttocks as your raise yourself up.

Lie down straight on the floor. The slowly raise your leg up in the air. Squeeze your buttocks and leg muscles as you do this.
